Becoming a successful business development professional is not for the faint of heart. At this esteemed organization, we are constantly seeking ambitious individuals who can take on the challenge of opening doors, building CXO-level conversations, and converting new accounts into long-term relationships.

This role involves identifying and acquiring new clients by targeting CXOs, CMOs, and founders across sectors like BFSI, real estate, technology, and consumer.

The ideal candidate must be able to proactively reach out through networks, industry events, and referrals, while shaping every conversation around the client's brand and business challenges.

Once conversations are opened, the person will anchor pitches and proposals with our strategy and creative teams, and take responsibility for converting them into live engagements.

Key responsibilities include ownership of the pipeline and quarterly acquisition targets, as well as tracking competitor moves and industry trends and feeding those insights back into the leadership team.

We are seeking someone with six to ten years of experience in business development for branding, advertising, consulting, or creative industries.

The ideal profile is someone who has already proven success in acquiring new logos rather than only farming existing accounts.
