Marketing Strategist Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic marketing strategist to lead our team in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns across international markets. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in high-volume, multi-geo campaigns and be well-versed in omni-channel digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize email campaigns for B2B audiences across international markets using modern tools.
  • Develop SEO strategies aligned with evolving AI-driven practices to boost organic reach.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to design and deliver Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting key clients in India, the US, and UAE.
  • Manage website content, landing pages, and ensure SEO/UX best practices.
  • Create and distribute impactful content marketing assets including blogs, case studies, and social media posts.
  • Monitor marketing performance through analytics tools and deliver actionable insights for continuous optimization.
  • Coordinate marketing automation workflows, lead nurturing campaigns, and campaign reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in email marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and SEO with a focus on lead generation for B2B services.
  • Strong expertise in Campaign Manager, CRM platforms, marketing analytics/optimization tools, and Sales Navigator.
  • Good understanding of ABM strategies tailored to international audiences.
  • Experience in managing websites with WordPress or equivalent CMS.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing narratives.
  • Exposure to India, US, and UAE markets is strongly preferred.
  • MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
