About the Job

The Solutions Engineer role plays a crucial part in Scrut Automation's customer-facing efforts. As a trusted advisor, you will promote and advocate for our products and solutions to qualified prospects, collaborating closely with the Sales team to drive sales targets. Your technical expertise will be instrumental in shaping the Scrut Automation product roadmap, ensuring our offerings meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to deliver technical demos and presentations, driving sales targets and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Provide support to the Sales and Marketing teams in creating compelling sales proposals and accompanying assets, ensuring exceptional quality and accuracy.
  • Coordinate solutions design efforts with Sales, Research and Development, and Technical Subject Matter Experts to ensure feasibility and accuracy, effectively demonstrating our offerings to prospects.
  • Engage in webinars and industry events, representing Scrut Automation in the market to expand brand visibility and establish a strong presence.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the technology industry, preferably in an Enterprise Cloud-based Software company.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver the appropriate messaging, ensuring effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently, with a quick learning curve and exceptional time management skills.
  • Experience in effectively prioritizing tasks when faced with multiple responsibilities, ensuring high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, tailoring your approach to suit different audiences.
  • Comfortable delving into technical intricacies and resolving problems as they arise, with a strong background in SaaS/web technology and prior involvement in Pre-Sales engineering or solution implementation teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in selling, configuring, and delivering software demonstrations, with proficiency in implementing software products or solutions for enterprise-level companies.
  • A strong understanding of web applications, including their architecture and design, with experience working with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and API integrations a definite plus.
