Technical Leader Job

This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of cutting-edge technologies. You will be responsible for managing a team of engineers to achieve project objectives.

  • You will oversee the transfer of technologies from partner facilities.
  • You will lead the feature additions and improvements to existing technologies.
  • You will assist in performance targets and cost analysis.
  • You will work with Integration teams on test chip layouts.
  • You will meet project performance requirements.

Qualifications:

  • M.S or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Materials Science or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of device physics, process modules, yield improvement, failure mechanisms, analytical techniques.
  • Experience in guiding TCAD and compact modelling teams.
  • Involved in development and optimization of transistors for at least one CMOS node.
  • Deep knowledge of CMOS parameters and figures of merit; experience in achieving competitive performance.
  • Understanding of transistor physics and fabrication details especially planar MOSFET and BJT.
  • Ability to optimize transistors based on different implant and other process steps.
