Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning and Budgeting Expert to lead our team in delivering end-to-end solutions for Hyperion Planning and Budgeting.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive planning and budgeting processes across various business units, utilizing expertise in Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Analyze and interpret complex financial data, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including test scripts and integration configuration documents.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications or related field; MCA or higher qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in implementation of Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (HP) and Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (E/PBCS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge of Spreadsheets (including financial formulas and spreadsheet creation), PowerPoint, and other presentation tools.
  • Ability to travel long/short term as per project requirement to GCC Countries.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Hyperion/EPM Profitability and Cost Management, and Hyperion/EPM Account Reconciliation is an added advantage.
