Associate Director Solutions Delivery

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Solution Delivery team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of business solutions and ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, security, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Ensure that all solutions are designed and implemented with maximum reusability, configurability, and scalability in mind.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with SI partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- More than 10 years of relevant professional IT experience in the related functional area.
- Proven experience in process automation, digital transformation, and business process management.
- Experience/knowledge of business process management, process automation, implementation of large-scale enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of other Business Process Management and Low-code Platforms (PEGA, IBM BPM, Power Apps, Mendix, OutSystems).
A strong background in Appian certifications is a plus.
