Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead complex opportunities and drive strategic growth in our organization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that align with client objectives and business goals.
  • Lead large-scale initiatives with a hands-on approach, driving RFPs, solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and showcasing value propositions.
  • Provide expert guidance throughout the sales process, offering insights into solution value proposition, best practices, scalability, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute pre-sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance the Presales Centre of Excellence by incorporating industry best practices.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive insights to inform solution strategy and positioning.

Strategic Advisory:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expertise on best practices and industry trends.
  • Identify opportunities for business transformation or operational optimization and propose long-term transformation strategies.
  • Advise on change management strategies and long-term solution scalability.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

  • Closely collaborate with Product, Technology, Research, and Content teams to ensure seamless alignment on proposed solutions.
  • Provide critical client feedback to Product, Research, and Content teams to inform product and content roadmaps.
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams on account nurturing, farming, and retention strategies.

Marketing Initiatives:

  • Collaborate with Customer Success team to understand client engagement dynamics and create compelling case studies highlighting value delivered.
  • Articulate ROI delivered by our solutions through representative scenarios.
  • Lead the creation of industry-specific solution pitches to contextualize value propositions.

Requirements:

  • MBA with 10+ years of experience in presales and solution consulting, preferably from IT products (supply chain solutions).
  • Experience in leading complex opportunities and driving pre-sales strategy.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and competitive insights.
