  • Leading and overseeing development of digital and social media strategies.
  • Managing projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Leading, mentoring, and guiding a team of social media professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Advocating for clients by ensuring campaigns align with objectives.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6-8 years experience in social media management, digital marketing, or client servicing.
  • Proven experience in handling and leading a team.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring a team.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights.
