Procurement Lead

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Lead to drive our procurement strategy and ensure smooth material flow.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in procurement and sourcing, with 3-4 years of experience in the automotive ancillary sector. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic sourcing and procurement of raw materials, components, and consumables for manufacturing operations.
  • Supplier evaluation, selection, and onboarding based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
  • Order management and inventory control to optimize production schedules and costs.
  • Negotiation of prices, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers.
  • Market trend analysis and implementation of cost-saving initiatives.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end procurement alignment.
  • Document control and reporting for audits, vendor evaluations, and management review.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • 3-4 years of hands-on procurement experience in an automotive ancillary or Tier 1 supplier environment.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Others).
  • Familiarity with industry standards and documentation.
