Job Title: Customer Service Executive
The Customer Service Executive will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing support and assistance with their inquiries and concerns. The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Investigate and resolve escalated customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve the overall customer experience.
- Prepare and present regular reports on customer service performance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in international voice calling.
- Must be a B-Tech graduate from any stream.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
