Job Title: Senior Marketing Strategist

The role of a National Customer Marketing Manager is pivotal in shaping the future of consumer health. Our goal is to drive business growth through innovative customer marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive trade customer marketing strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Create periodic communication content for regional teams to foster collaboration and alignment
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of managing trade spend management retailer channel loyalty, ensuring maximum ROI
  • Enhance field force effectiveness through on-ground activations, boosting sales and market presence
  • Collaborate with category teams on AOP NPI launches and periodic reviews to ensure seamless execution
  • Work with alternate channels to identify and capture new demand opportunities, driving revenue growth
  • Partner with expert marketing teams to guarantee sufficient funding for the pharmaceutical value chain
  • Participate in forecasting processes and drive time-bound projects as required, delivering results-oriented outcomes

Preferred Qualification:

  • MBA from a top-tier business school
  • Progressive experience of 8-10 years in Indian FMCG landscape
  • A minimum of one full tenure role as an Area Sales Manager
  • Recent experience in Trade Customer Shopper marketing is highly desirable
