Role Overview
About the Position
This role is an integral part of a strategic initiative focused on fostering innovation-driven entrepreneurship. The organization operates across multiple sectors, including incubation, acceleration, seed and growth investments, research, and knowledge sharing.
The primary objective of this role is to develop in-depth case studies on entrepreneurship by conducting thorough research, engaging with key stakeholders, and collaborating with academic experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive case studies that convey key insights and recommendations through clear and engaging content.
- Conduct extensive primary and secondary research on entrepreneurship-related topics.
- Conduct qualitative interviews with founders, investors, customers, and other relevant stakeholders for data validation.
- Analyze collected data and identify suitable frameworks for case studies.
- Collaborate with academic experts to define objectives, frameworks, structures, and teaching notes for case studies.
- Review and edit case studies to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to internal guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for the production, publication, and distribution of case studies to relevant stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in case writing and publishing research articles in entrepreneurship.
Education and Work Experience:
- MBA/M.Phil or PhD candidates pursuing research in entrepreneurship or a related field.
- Alternatively, relevant experience in researching startups.
- 1-3 years of prior work experience.
