We are seeking a qualified and passionate faculty member to teach and mentor students in the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) program.

The ideal candidate will have strong academic knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to shaping future educators.

The role involves teaching B.Ed program courses as per curriculum guidelines, preparing lesson plans, study materials, and evaluation methods, guiding students in academic projects, assignments, and research, conducting lectures, seminars, workshops, and tutorials effectively, evaluating student performance through tests, assignments, and practicals, participating in curriculum development and academic planning, providing mentorship, academic counseling, and career guidance to students, engaging in research, publications, and faculty development programs, maintaining discipline, student engagement, and a positive learning environment, and supporting institutional initiatives, accreditation, and quality improvement activities.

Minimum qualifications include a Master's Degree in Education (M.Ed) with a minimum of 55% marks, NET/Ph.D. in Education preferred as per UGC/NCTE norms, minimum 2-15 years of teaching experience in a reputed institution, and strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
