Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate high-quality leads for our IT projects, remote staffing solutions, and digital marketing services. You will lead and build a team of lead generation specialists, working collaboratively to ensure targets are met and the company's revenue pipeline grows. Your role will also involve optimizing lead generation processes, ensuring the team has the tools and strategies to succeed.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of experience as a lead generation manager with a focus on IT projects, remote staffing, and/or digital marketing services.
  • Strong experience in building and leading a high-performance team in a lead generation capacity.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation strategies, particularly in the IT, remote staffing, and digital marketing industries.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and potential clients.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and continuously improve lead generation efforts.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding lead generation and revenue targets in international markets.
  • Ability to mentor, train, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and priorities effectively.
