Purplle is a leading e-commerce platform, and we are looking for an exceptional Cluster Business Manager to join our team. This role requires a seasoned professional with experience in developing business strategies, managing sales teams, and analyzing performance data.
Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive business plans to expand customer base and optimize store traffic.
- Partnership Building: Foster relationships with local markets and malls to enhance brand visibility.
- Employee Development: Train sales teams on company goals, visual merchandising principles, and product knowledge.
- Reporting and Analytics: Create regular sales reports for senior management and use business intelligence tools to inform sales strategies.
- Meetings and Travel: Attend sales meetings and travel to organizational locations to supervise sales staff.
- Policies and Procedures: Update sales policies and training materials as needed to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Performance Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within sales teams and develop strategies to enhance performance.
- Customer Engagement: Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences through efficient service.
- Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open communication channels with sales teams to promote teamwork.
- Training and Development: Recruit and train new sales staff, overseeing their onboarding process.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee operational needs for current and new stores.
- Market Scouting: Collaborate with BD teams to identify and assess markets and locations for future expansion.
- New Store Launches: Manage the launch process for new stores (NSO).
