Job Title: Process Policy Manager

We are seeking a skilled Process Policy Manager to join our team. As a key member of the product team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our processes and policies are aligned to internal and external guidelines governing our business and compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure implementation and adherence of all compliance-related items and assist in external and internal audits.
  • Strengthen systems, controls, and processes for robust internal and external compliance.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure strict adherence to RBI circulars.
  • Have a good understanding of RBI processes and policies, audit parameters, AML guidelines, and fraud management.
  • Be responsible for regulatory reporting related to policies and processes, including reporting to RBI/AML/CPU teams.
  • Determine the impact of introducing new or revised policies for branches/customers/products.
  • Serve as a focal point to ensure continuity, proper integration, and implementation of new or revised policies and processes.
  • Build synergies and efficiencies through customer-centric processes.
  • Interact and coordinate with multiple product teams and business functions for effective and efficient delivery within specified timelines.
  • Draft and review process guidelines for product teams; act as a mediator for answering questions related to policies and processes.
  • Identify duplicate, redundant, and unproductive tasks in processes to reduce costs and improve productivity of front-line staff.
  • Ensure processes and policies are aligned to internal and external guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in setting up policies and processes for liabilities products. An MBA from a Tier 1/Tier 2 college is preferred. The candidate should have a strong understanding of RBI processes and policies, audit parameters, AML guidelines, and fraud management.
