Job Title: Compliance Specialist

Description:

As a compliance specialist, you will lead the implementation of quality and environmental management systems from scratch. This involves conducting gap assessments, internal audits, and preparing for external audits to ensure seamless certification processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain audit-ready documentation tailored to client needs.
  • Guide clients in closing audit gaps and building sustainable compliance systems.
  • Partner with senior consultants on strategy, timelines, and project execution.
  • Work across various industries and witness your impact firsthand.
  • Maintain client compliance calendars to keep projects on track.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Management, IT, or related field.
  • ISO Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor credentials (9001, 14001, 45001).
  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience in ISO and compliance.
  • Bonus: knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 27001, R2v3, RIOS, or e-Stewards.
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • A self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and email applications.
