  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Coordinate internal resources and external partners for seamless project execution and minimize risks.
  • Monitor and track project progress, adjusting as needed to meet objectives and achieve stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques to maintain project integrity.
  • Measure project performance using relevant metrics and tools to identify areas for improvement.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and maximize opportunities.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field to provide a solid foundation in project management principles.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not required; experience in project management or related roles is essential.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management or related fields to demonstrate expertise and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or Asana to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.

  • Experience managing remote or cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and leverage diverse perspectives.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking to ensure accurate forecasting and cost control.
