At least 10 years of experience with a proven track record of providing L3 technical support in a cloud-first data center or cloud support services organization.

In-depth knowledge of cloud, containers, virtualization, and supporting technologies and concepts.

Hands-on knowledge of Linux, MySQL, VMware/KVM, and any on-premises cloud technology.

">

In-depth experience with any monitoring system (Prometheus/Nagios/Zabbix/SolarWinds/ManageEngine, etc.).

">

Good working knowledge of Storage, Networking, Backup, Bash.

">

Excellent communication skills with clear verbal and written articulation.

Experience in handling a team of at least 4 people in this role.
