Job Title: Cloud Security Engineer - Infrastructure Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced cloud security engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing cloud security practices across hybrid environments, developing and maintaining infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, and defining and enforcing cloud security posture management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and Manage Cloud Security Practices: Develop and maintain a secure and efficient cloud infrastructure by implementing and managing cloud security practices across AWS and Azure environments.
  • Develop and Maintain IaC: Use Terraform to develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) that aligns with company standards and best practices.
  • Define and Enforce IAM Guardrails: Define, implement, and monitor IAM guardrails and access management best practices to ensure the security and integrity of cloud resources.
  • Support Security and Compliance Requirements: Leverage tools like Wiz and Remote PC to support security and compliance requirements in cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with system administrators, security teams, and stakeholders to enforce cloud security posture management and ensure smooth integration of cloud security processes into the ecosystem.
  • Monitor and Remediate Vulnerabilities: Monitor, analyze, and remediate vulnerabilities within cloud environments to ensure the security and integrity of cloud resources.
  • Provide Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and expertise to perform their roles effectively.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ Years of Experience: 8+ years of experience in cloud security, cloud engineering, or related roles.
  • Strong Cloud Expertise: Strong hands-on expertise with AWS and Azure cloud platforms, including Terraform and infrastructure as code practices.
  • Cloud Security Knowledge: Solid understanding of cloud security best practices and security controls, including IAM guardrails and access management.
  • Hybrid Cloud Experience: Experience managing systems and security in hybrid cloud environments, including Wiz and Remote PC setups.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
