Job Overview

To guarantee the effectiveness of maintenance, we conduct Failure Analysis for Instrument & systems failures and propose remedial actions.

We eliminate repetitive failures through case study & root-cause analysis & reliability improvement plan.

Our team performs troubleshooting, monitors equipment performance; contributes to the design and review of modifications proposals to utilize unexplored capabilities of the system.

We review all materials, manpower and contract labours to ensure day-to-day maintenance, preventative maintenance and turnaround works are carried out to minimize unit down time.

We design, develop, install, manage and/or maintain equipment used to monitor and control engineering systems, machinery and processes.

Main Responsibilities
  1. We design and implement online analyzers by determining plant requirements, developing specifications, installing the analyzers, and evaluating the impact.
  2. Our team has a high level of understanding of technical knowledge of plant equipment and processes, standard maintenance practices of chemical plants, latest development of equipment & technology to maintain sound health of Plant & Machinery through continuous improvement.
  3. We review all control system spares, work on optimization and consolidation of all systems, spares and provide technical support to field instrument staff to implement the same.
  4. We study and plan a preventive maintenance schedule and prepare a detail procedure as per vendor recommendations, prepare a strategy and procedure to schedule maintenance during plant shut down on the systems.
  5. We provide engineering details, validation and ensure execution of instrumentation system in up-coming projects.
