Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Innovator to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CAD software, strong attention to detail, and a creative flair.

This role involves extensive use of CAD software and engineering analysis tools. As a Design Innovator, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical components and systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products from concept to production, ensuring all engineering specifications and requirements are met.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing and developing mechanical systems and components based on engineering principles.
  • Creating detailed engineering drawings and specifications using CAD software.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Identifying and implementing cost reduction and design optimization opportunities.
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting throughout the design process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in mechanical design engineering.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks and AutoCAD).
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of PDM is an added advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
