The AI Controls Senior Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the effective governance of artificial intelligence (AI) within our organization.

This includes centrally executing, maintaining, and advising business units on AI Governance Framework requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting on the scope of AI Framework implementation, driving AI risk assessments, and maintaining an inventory of AI systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and maintenance of an AI Governance Framework to ensure centralized execution and advisory services to business units.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and mitigate AI-related risks.
  • Develop and maintain reports on AI Framework implementation and inventory management.
  • Work closely with the AI Compliance Officer to drive AI governance through the AI Working Group/Governance Committee.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data privacy regulations, such as GDPR, and their application to AI governance. Experience in technology project management, analytical skills, and continuous improvement frameworks are also essential.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
