Model Governance Expert

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement model governance strategies to ensure compliance with internal policies and external expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model governance controls into the model development and deployment processes.
  • Evaluate risks associated with AI use cases and develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.
  • Establish monitoring protocols to track the performance of deployed models in real-world scenarios.
  • Prepare trainings and upskilling opportunities on best practices for model governance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science).
  • Strong programming skills (Python, R) and experience with data science libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • 6+ years' experience applying collaborative problem-solving, negotiation, and change management skills.
  • Proven experience in model governance, risk management, and expertise in one of the following specializations: Research Specialist, Engineer, or Analyst/Data Engineer.
