Business Development Strategist - Transform the Talent Landscape

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Strategist to drive growth and expansion of our services. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction and developing innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market share and establish strong relationships with senior executives.
  • Identify workforce challenges and deliver tailored solutions that drive client success while ensuring scalability and cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless integration and representation of our diverse service offerings.
  • Maintain discipline in pipeline management, client documentation, invoicing, and compliance, ensuring both transparency and scalability.
  • Consistently achieve business growth targets and contribute directly to the overall revenue strategy.

Requirements

  • 10–20 years' experience in business development, client relations, or staffing/consulting, with a proven track record in domestic IT staffing business development.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the GCC (Global Capability Centers) market with deep networks and relationships across technology-driven enterprises.
  • Proven success in building executive-level partnerships, managing complex accounts, and driving multi-million-dollar growth portfolios.
  • A consultative, solution-oriented approach with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
  • Strong expertise in market expansion, strategic sales, and consultative account management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a strong executive presence.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growth environment while maintaining long-term strategic focus.
