Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Leader to drive our international business forward.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for finance operations across multiple countries.
  • Oversee payroll management, compliance, and tax requirements.
  • Structure and implement ESOP policies.
  • Manage core finance functions, including inter-company transactions, transfer pricing, and group structuring.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, direct, and indirect tax regulations across geographies.

Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6-10 years of experience in senior finance roles or big 4 audit background transitioning into operating roles.
  • Proven track record of driving finance growth in high-growth startups or similar environments.

Essential Skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to lead in ambiguity.
  • Hands-on leadership and strategic thinking.
  • In-depth knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
