Customer Engagement Specialist

Our team is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join us as a Customer Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with sales, CRM, and legal teams to streamline customer communication. You will analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling queries and providing accurate resolutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Assist in the home-buying process, guiding customers through documentation and post-sales support.
  • Collaborate with sales, CRM, and legal teams to streamline customer communication.
  • Track customer interactions using CRM software and maintain detailed records.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in real estate or housing projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
