Are you a numbers-driven professional with a sharp eye for financial analysis? We're looking for a Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join our organization at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for global operations
  • Analyze complex financial data, conduct variance analysis, and provide actionable insights to senior leaders
  • Partner with executives to optimize investments, drive cost efficiencies, and improve financial performance
  • Present financial performance and trends to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity in tools like Allocadia and Ariba
  • Drive process improvements and automation across finance workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, preferably in a marketing finance function
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Hands-on experience with Allocadia, Ariba, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to simplify complex data for non-financial audiences
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Education: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field (B.Com, MBA, M.Com preferred)
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of Indian GAAP and local financial regulations
