Role Description:

Pricing analysts must help businesses determine competitive pricing strategies to gain market share and achieve revenue goals. They analyze data from multiple sources, develop complex pricing models, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To price for all upcoming opportunities across verticals and geographies.
  • To support stakeholders in preparing customized financial solutions for clients.
  • To provide in-depth analysis on costs, pricing models, and projected profitability on deals.
  • To conduct regular analysis on existing client programs and derive methods to improve profitability and align assumptions on bids.
  • To provide innovative solutions that would help the sales team present robust and attractive propositions to clients.

Key Results:

  • Gross Profit Margin
  • Total Revenue
  • Number of Deals
  • Accounts with a Positive or Negative Margin
  • Sales Per Person

Role Holder Profile:

  • A. Preferred educational qualifications: MBA Finance/CA with 7-10 years of experience.
  • B. Preferred work experience: 5-6 years of relevant experience in a FP&A or Pricing role for a BPO industry.
  • Experience in FP&A or Pricing in BPO Industry is a must (desired experience in healthcare &/or Mortgage industry pricing) and product pricing know-how will be a bonus.
  • Experience into Power Bi and AI tools. (Preferable)
