Junior Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-driven Junior Business Analyst to support our digital transformation initiatives in Change & Communication Management.

This is a contract role with an initial duration of 4 months, renewable based on performance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2-3 years experience in change management, preferably in multi-business or consulting environments.

  • Support multiple digital transformation projects across the enterprise by coordinating change management activities, crafting impactful communications, and developing training materials.">
  • Maintain and update our intranet site, gathering and analyzing stakeholder feedback to improve communication strategies.">
  • Monitor, track, and report on communication reach, engagement, and change adoption.">
  • Draft clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to different business audiences, ensuring messaging is consistent with our brand, tone, and objectives.">
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to produce monthly newsletters and develop training materials, storyboards, and other instructional assets.">
