Job Overview

The Digital Transformation Lead will drive the implementation of a comprehensive digital transformation strategy across India, Portugal, and Germany. This role is crucial in orchestrating the delivery of both custom-built and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) IT solutions, establishing a robust data lake infrastructure, and embedding AI-enabled applications across all IT functional departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Steers the execution of a 3-year digital transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide strategic priorities.
  • Drives enterprise data initiatives including the development and scaling of data lake infrastructure.
  • Leads cross-functional collaboration across India, Germany, and Portugal IT teams to anchor digitalization and tooling strategies from pilot phases to full-scale development and support.
  • Establishes and leads the implementation of success metrics for Digitalization projects, reporting insights to senior leadership.
  • Leads technology initiatives by overseeing the delivery of COTS and custom IT solutions, championing design thinking and agile methodologies with a product development mindset.
  • Drives the strategic adoption of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) platforms and custom-built tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Drives the embedding of AI-enabled applications across business functions to enhance decision-making and automation.
  • Leads the development and maintenance of a robust data lake infrastructure to support enterprise-wide analytics.
  • Anchors software engineering practices and enables delivery of Product MVPs in collaboration with Digital Delivery departments.
  • Establishes metrics to evaluate the success of innovation projects and reports findings to senior leadership.
  • Ensures strategic compliance with InfoSec, legal, and regulatory standards across all digital initiatives.
  • Leads the development of future-ready IT teams with a focus on emerging digital technologies including AI and Cloud.
  • Leads rapid prototyping efforts and anchors application delivery and integration initiatives.
