Job Title: Leadership and Training Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Leadership and Training Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality training programs. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of training initiatives, while also providing ongoing development opportunities for our employees.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Evaluation and Reporting: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of trainers, setting up the right organizational structures to support business workflows and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients on daily operational matters relating to training, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Partner with operational teams to identify and deliver refresher training needs, driving business growth and success.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in training delivery and management is required.
  • Proven expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) is essential.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent MIS reporting abilities are necessary for this role.
  • Analytical and Operations Management Skills: The ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, while also managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Excellent Communication and Client-Focused Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused approach and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
