Job Title: Process Associate

Role Profile:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our Reporting function, handling international accounts in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will report to the Manager and be responsible for key areas including:

  • Financial Transactions: Bookkeeping - purchase ledger and sales ledger posting.
  • Banking Services: Posting and reconciliation, Month end close and reports of business unit as per set deadlines.
  • Sales Operations: Invoice raising.
  • Payment Processing: Preparation and obtaining approval for payments.
  • Month End Procedures: Posting month end accruals, prepayments, inter-company and depreciation journals.
IT System Requirements:
  • Xero, Sage, Quickbooks
Candidate Profile:
  • CA/ACCA part-qualified or MBA/Business Graduate with a Finance background.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in English communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
Location and Shift Timings:
  • Location: Noida
  • Shift timings: Rotating shifts between 13:30 - 22:00 and 11:30 - 20:00 on a weekly basis
