Job Title: Student Success Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to support students throughout their academic journey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing timely assistance to newly enrolled students, helping them navigate campus resources and policies.

  • The successful candidate will maintain accurate student data in the Student Information System (SIS), ensuring seamless communication with relevant stakeholders.
  • This role involves handling semester-wise student fee collection, communicating important information regarding payment deadlines and policy updates, and resolving enrolment-related errors.
  • The selected candidate will also assist students with non-technical issues during course registration, leveraging their expertise to resolve these issues efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates should possess 1–3 years of experience in student support or operations, be familiar with online education platforms, and demonstrate strong communication skills.

A proficiency in MS Office is also essential, as well as a keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
