Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage IPRs and Global Cohort Requests: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to process and manage IPRs and Global Cohort requests in a timely manner.
  • Support Project Managers: Provide forecasting, demand, and supply planning support to project managers to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Track MAP Requests: End-to-end tracking of MAP requests to ensure timely delivery of drugs to patients.
  • Coordinate with CMR: Coordinate with CMR for availability of all required approvals and documents pre- and post-shipment.
  • Archival of Documents: Archival of all MAP supplies-related documents in an approved repository as per defined nomenclature to support audit readiness.
  • Monthly Dashboard Report: Support in preparation of monthly dashboard/MAP performance report.
  • Inventory Management: Tracking of inventory and timely highlighting of need for replenishment for central repository products.
  • Stock Reconciliation: Support project managers in efficient utilization of inventory and stock reconciliation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate and support in continuous improvement projects. Coordinate with ESP for MAP supplies-related activities.
  • Team Meetings: Active participation in weekly team meetings with ESPs to discuss ongoing packaging, labeling, and distribution activities.
  • Onboarding Support: Support newly joined associates in their onboarding and role-specific training.
