We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Lead Structural Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading a group of engineers and designers on various projects, ensuring timely completion while maintaining high-quality standards.

    • Manage a team of engineers and designers to achieve project goals.
    • Develop and implement work schedules in line with contract requirements.
    • Collaborate with department managers to hire resources for projects.
    • Review and coordinate documents from other disciplines, customers, and external agencies.
    • Participate in constructability reviews with the USA team.
    • Identify and recommend process improvements.
    • Lead technical discussions with clients and suppliers to ensure effective communication and solutions.
    • Ensure compliance with project quality plans.
    • Review geotechnical reports and integrate findings into foundation and civil designs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
  • 10-15 years of structural engineering experience, preferably with EPC background.
  • Understanding of engineering techniques and codes (e.g., IBC, AISC, ACI, ASCE7, PIP).
  • Proficiency with structural software tools (e.g., RISA, STAAD) and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, facilitate teamwork, and drive collaboration.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, with experience working on U.S.-based projects.
