Leadership Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leadership professional to lead and deliver high-end projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

About the Position:

  • Lead multiple projects from concept to completion with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables through clear communication with clients and design teams.
  • Drive the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery:
    • Develop and execute detailed project schedules, resource plans, and milestones.
    • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.
    • Control budgets, approve procurements, and track payments.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management:
    • Act as the primary contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of requirements, progress, and design intent.
    • Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Team & Site Management:
    • Lead site teams, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and to specification.
    • Conduct regular site inspections for progress, quality, and safety compliance.
    • Oversee snagging and ensure smooth handover.
  • Quality & Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to design specifications, industry regulations, and protocols across project sites.
    • Implement and review drawings, material submittals, and method statements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction Management.
  • 8-12 years of experience in leadership roles, preferably in senior management positions.
  • PMP / PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
