Senior Project Manager Job Overview

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of multiple projects from initiation to closure.

  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, including detailed timelines and cost estimates, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Progress Monitoring: Conduct regular site visits to verify progress and identify any critical or risk issues that may impact project objectives.
  • Team Management: Proactively support and manage the project team, adhering to best practices to meet operational goals and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Billing and Payment: Manage the billing and payment process as per terms and conditions, guaranteeing client satisfaction.
  • Client Communication: Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and contractors, allocating work to subcontractors and monitoring progress.
  • Cash Flow Management: Prepare cash flow reports for each project and follow up on client payments in a timely manner.
  • Reporting: Present weekly reports to stakeholders, highlighting project status and progress towards key performance indicators (KPIs).

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in similar roles is preferred, but not necessary.
