Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and creative marketing professional to drive growth through partnerships, digital campaigns, and community-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the marketing roadmap across Instagram, YouTube, parenting communities, and other digital channels.
  • Conceptualize and launch high-impact campaigns that resonate with families, create cultural relevance, and drive measurable results.
  • Oversee collaborations, content creation, and influencer management ensuring alignment with brand mission and voice.
  • Research parenting trends, competitor playbooks, and best practices to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with parenting experts to create authentic and trusted brand visibility.
  • Lead negotiations with influencers, agencies, and talent managers to secure cost-effective collaborations while fostering long-term relationships.
  • Plan and execute events, webinars, and community meetups to deepen brand engagement.
  • Work closely with performance marketing, content, design, and product teams to integrate marketing efforts with larger brand campaigns.
  • Go beyond vanity metrics track CAC impact, retention uplift, and engagement quality, and optimize campaigns for sustainable growth.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in marketing/brand partnerships, preferably in D2C, parenting, edtech, or wellness apps/brands.
  • Domain Edge: Strong understanding of digital consumer behavior, especially in parenting and lifestyle audiences.
  • Execution Ownership: Ability to independently drive campaigns end-to-end with minimal direction.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate contracts, rates, and deliverables with influencers and agencies while ensuring brand value.
  • Bonus: Prior experience in building communities, managing social pages, or working with parenting experts.
