Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team at GFL Recruitment Private Limited. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement
  • Create and curate engaging content tailored to each social media platform and target audience
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to our industry and brand
  • Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and use insights to optimize strategies and content
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content
  • Indepth knowledge of social media platforms, their features, and best practices
  • Ability to create content using Adobe suite or platforms like Invideo
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience with paid social media advertising, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and their application to social media content
  • Experience with graphic design tools, video editing software, or other multimedia creation tools
  • Certification in social media marketing or related fields
