Senior Manager

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our procurement team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire procurement process, from negotiation with shipping lines and vendors to managing customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading teams and experience in ocean freight pricing roles. They should also have knowledge of Pan India pricing and handling large volumes alongside market trends.

A successful Senior Manager will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with carriers and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate rates with shipping lines and vendors
  • Manage customer service and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Oversee procurement processes and ensure compliance with GDP and CTPAT regulations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve procurement efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in ocean freight pricing roles
  • Experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of Pan India pricing and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
