Senior AI and GenAI Strategist

As a key member of our Solutions group, you will play a pivotal role in driving the evolution of our LighthouseTM platform. This platform provides architectural and algorithmic leadership to develop AI and GenAI-driven solutions for problem discovery, root cause analysis, and action recommendation.

• Advanced AI and GenAI Development: You will lead a team of data scientists, GenAI developers, and ML engineers to design and deploy advanced models using Large Language Models (LLMs), Statistical Learning Models (SLMs), and Reference Architecture-based models. These models will enable real-time and batch processing scenarios to discover problems, identify root causes, and recommend actions at scale.
• Gen-AI-Powered Analysis and Insights Generation: You will work closely with data scientists to create and fine-tune Generative AI models to generate actionable insights from complex data patterns and root cause findings. This requires expertise in prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques to enhance the relevance and accuracy of insights.
• Reference Architectures: You will collaborate with Technical Architects to evolve frameworks for integrating batch processing and streaming architectures to support connected data and ML pipeline executions in real-time. Your goal will be to adapt reference architectures that operationalize AI and Gen-AI models optimally in both batch and real-time modes.
• Client Deployments: You will consult with clients to provide guidance on creating automated data pipelines for raw data and engineered features, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accessibility for model training and inference. Additionally, you will help establish robust MLOps and LLMOps practices, including automated model monitoring, retraining triggers, and performance benchmarking.
• Development of Use Cases: You will lead the development of use cases on our platform for various vertical-specific problem statements. You will also support platform demonstration meetings by participating and leading discussions around explanation of platform capabilities and fitments.
• Leadership and Collaboration: As a leader and mentor, you will guide a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers in best practices in GenAI, AI/ML methodologies, and coding standards. You will collaborate closely with product managers, data engineers, and business analysts to align AI solutions with platform goals and user requirements.
• Pre-sales: You will support pre-sales, marketing, hyper-scaler partnerships, and other sales activities such as RFPs by providing subject matter expertise during scoping and designing of engagements. You will also contribute to developing proposals, POVs, and other POC read-outs to support client development efforts.

• A deep understanding of Statistics, Classical Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and GenAI, along with significant hands-on development experience in these areas.
• The ability to understand nuances of business problems in various domains, quickly grasp problem discovery, analysis, and modeling imperatives, and translate those into requirements for AI models.
• Significant exposure to various proprietary and open-source cloud-based Machine Learning platforms.
• Experience in leveraging open-source LLMs and prompt engineering, RAG-based training, and SLM model development.
• Hands-on experience with excellent ML programming skills in Python using open-source libraries.
• Experience in working with RDBMS and NoSQL databases; exposure to Big Data technologies.
• A minimum of 12-18 years of Machine Learning model development and application experience.
• Experience in building cloud-based products that implement GenAI and ML modeling as a service.
