Job Title: Procurement Specialist

At Wholsum Foods, we are committed to revolutionizing the way people eat. We're seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, with excellent negotiation and analytical skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing, procuring, and managing vendors for all raw materials and packaging materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials at optimal costs.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to drive cost savings and improve service levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and NPD, to ensure seamless integration of new products and packaging innovations.
  • Lead price negotiations and contractual agreements to achieve best-in-class pricing and terms.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure procurement effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in procurement and supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to negotiate effectively and build strong relationships with suppliers.
