Job Title: Strategic Sourcing ExpertThe strategic sourcing expert will lead end-to-end procurement projects with a focus on value, speed, compliance, and risk management. This role is responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies to meet business needs.Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field;
  • 8+ years of experience in sourcing/procurement, preferably in technology procurement within financial services;
  • Strong expertise in RFPs, contract negotiations, vendor management, and compliance;
  • Proven experience in contractual review and redlining;
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across divisions;
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills;
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and negotiate with suppliers;
  • Manage contract remediation, including data privacy, OCIR, and country-specific terms;
  • Negotiate and oversee third-party supplier control obligations and support stakeholders with vendor engagement risks;
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and buying channel optimization;
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and sourcing best practices to strengthen category management;
