BPO Excel Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented BPO Excel specialist to deliver advanced data analysis and reporting support to our customers. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities to provide accurate insights and exceptional customer experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform in-depth data analysis using advanced Excel functions to identify business trends and opportunities.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and charts for stakeholders to visualize key performance indicators.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs, providing timely solutions and ensuring high-quality results.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of direct customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excel Expertise: Strong knowledge of formulas and functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH), Pivot Tables, Charts, and text manipulation.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and ability to exceed expectations.
  • Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and processes.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions based on research and prior experience.
  • Proactive in follow-ups, escalations, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions with accuracy.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) with proper grammar and spelling.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
