Analytics Position Overview

This role is part of a strategic team driving business outcomes through high-impact reporting and data-driven insights.

The team leads performance improvement initiatives, accelerates supply-side growth, and uncovers opportunities to scale.

You will anchor the automation charter for the Hotels supply ecosystem.

As part of this team, you will design automation frameworks, unlock data-driven insights, and drive analytics adoption across the business.

This position requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills to transform data into business outcomes, streamline processes, and build scalable solutions that empower decision-making at every level.

  • Drive strategic initiatives to improve key supply metrics and empower the supply team.
  • Lead the rollout of analytics tools across the supply organization, ensuring effective usage.
  • Design and manage the roadmap for dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the supply team.
  • Deliver actionable insights using advanced analytics and data visualization to enable data-driven decision-making and execution.
  • Automate manual reporting workflows using Python, SQL, and data engineering best practices to ensure scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Leverage tools and technologies such as Python, SQL, analytics platforms, and data engineering workflows to strengthen analytical and automation capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate growth in revenue and room nights.
  • Prepare impactful presentations and business reviews for leadership to support strategic discussions and decision-making.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, with 7–10 years of experience focused on automation and analytics-driven initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, analytics platforms, data engineering workflows, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven track record of leading automation, driving analytics adoption, and enabling performance improvement at scale.
