About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Data Engineer/Analytics Expert. This role plays a critical part in enabling data-driven decisions across the business, turning data into actionable insights that influence product direction and revenue growth.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines using Python, supporting data ingestion, transformation, and integration from multiple sources. Additionally, you will develop and maintain A/B testing frameworks, track key metrics, and analyze experiment results to inform product strategies.

  • Design, Develop, and Maintain Scalable Data Pipelines: Utilize Python to support data ingestion, transformation, and integration from multiple sources.
  • Develop and Maintain A/B Testing Frameworks: Track key metrics and analyze experiment results to inform product strategies.
  • Work Closely with Cross-Functional Teams: Support commercial strategies with data solutions, ensuring data integrity and quality through regular audits, validations, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Teams: Analyze performance data and support customer-facing initiatives, driving business outcomes and revenue growth.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or Related Field: Strong foundation in programming principles and data analysis techniques.
  • 5+ Years of Experience in Data Engineering, ETL Development, or Related Role: Proven track record of delivering high-quality data solutions.
  • Strong Proficiency in Python, Advanced SQL Skills, and Familiarity with Data Visualization Tools: Ability to work effectively with data systems and tools.
  • Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
