Position Overview

About This Role

We're seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Tester to drive excellence in product quality and reliability. The ideal candidate will lead functional and regression testing across platforms, collaborating closely with product owners, scrum masters, and developers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct manual functional testing of web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases, plans, and scenarios aligned with project requirements.
  • Verify bug fixes, track issues in the bug tracking system, and guarantee timely resolution.
  • Pursue regression testing to verify existing functionality remains stable and efficient.
  • Closely collaborate with developers and product owners to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Effectively report defects, including steps to reproduce and impact analysis.
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies to synchronize testing with delivery timelines.
  • Support user acceptance testing with clients and stakeholders.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
  • Defect detection rate: 95% or higher of critical issues identified before release.
  • Defect leakage: 5% or lower of high-severity issues reported post-release.
  • Test coverage: 90% or higher of functional requirements validated per sprint.
  • Bug closure rate: 90% or higher of reported bugs resolved within committed sprint.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in manual QA testing for SaaS or enterprise platforms.
  • Strong understanding of functional, regression, and exploratory testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools and effective documentation skills.
  • Able to craft clear and structured test cases.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
