Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in both manual and automated testing, a strong grasp of testing methodologies, and proven experience in driving quality throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Planning and Execution
  • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and API-based applications.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance
  • Perform manual and automated testing to validate functionality, performance, and scalability.
  • Bug Tracking and Management
  • Identify, document, and track bugs, defects, and performance issues using tools like Jira or Bugzilla.
  • Collaboration and Communication
  • Closely collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to refine requirements and define test scenarios.
  • Quality Standards
  • Ensure compliance with software development and testing standards.
  • Reporting and Analysis
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports with actionable insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience
  • 4+ years of professional experience in software testing.
  • Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
  • Hands-on expertise in manual testing, test automation, and API testing.
  • Proficiency in SQL queries for database validation.
  • Tools and Methodologies
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
