Software Quality Assurance Professional

Geoserve is a rapidly expanding maritime business that revolutionizes commercial operations in the industry. We are seeking a detail-oriented team player with a flair for testing, automation, and software quality to join our organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Testing and Validation: Perform automated testing to ensure software quality. Conduct performance, load, and stress tests to identify defects and areas for improvement.
  • Test Planning and Strategy: Create test plans and cases based on user stories and specifications to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work with developers, product owners, and designers to understand requirements and provide feedback to improve software quality.
  • CI/CD Integration: Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure test environments are set up correctly to streamline testing processes.
  • Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects. Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence and implement process improvements.
  • Quality Metrics and Reporting: Track key quality metrics and provide regular updates on test results and defect trends to inform decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvements and promote best practices in software quality assurance to drive excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering)
  • 4-7 years relevant testing experience with hands-on knowledge of automated testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, and Playwright
